The Challenge

When Paul joined Telescoped, he inherited a rare situation: a completely blank slate.
No legacy integrations, no disconnected automation stack, but no RevOps team, either.

The mission was simple on paper but complex in execution: design a scalable outbound GTM motion from zero, without adding operational drag.
