For iFind, the “product” is people. They place reliable teams into hotels, warehouses and production facilities in one of the most competitive staffing markets in the United States.
Michigan is a hard market to sell into. Decision makers are rarely visible under neat job titles, and front desks are trained to keep contact details locked down. Omar describes it as trying to sell into a fortress.
“You can’t just go door to door. Here in Michigan you have to do your homework. You have to find out what the GM, the human resource manager, the plant manager do at any facility… and that used to take us two three days, maybe even more.”
The sales team relied heavily on:
The bottleneck was everything that had to happen before those meetings:
Even with online research, it was slow and often blocked.
“Even online it’s so difficult to find any information… they keep their information as hidden as possible. So getting that contact, that information, was really hard before Evergrowth.”
When a prospect called at 10:00 and asked for a meeting that same afternoon, Omar either had to scramble and still arrive under‑prepared, or walk into the room relying almost entirely on intuition. Neither felt like a winning strategy for a small team trying to land key accounts.
Omar discovered Evergrowth at a summit in Boston. There were plenty of AI vendors in the room. Only one felt like it could work the way his team did.
“Everybody offered you a product, but it was just… corporate. There was nothing organic. With Evergrowth it was the customizable things that you can do, the way they would work for you. I felt like it was there for us.”
iFind adopted Evergrowth’s Agentic GTM Workspace and quickly built out a team of 27 agents – Omar’s “digital interns”.
Those agents now:
“Even though Evergrowth didn’t directly work with the CRM platform that I’m currently using, you can tell there’s been attention and thought. They built out a whole board for us in Monday with every account and all the details. They will go above and beyond for you.”
The Evergrowth Chrome extension is now part of Omar’s daily flow.
If he learns that a plant manager rather than the GM signs staffing contracts, he simply opens LinkedIn, opens the Evergrowth Chrome Extension on the right profile and sends that person straight into an agentic workflow. Within minutes he has new 'homework' and an updated path into the account, without having lost hours chasing the wrong contact.
“Even if where I’m starting from is outdated… ‘Hey, this isn’t the person I’m looking for.’ I can say, can you do that same homework for this person? It completely facilitates that piece. It’s that simple.”
The impact of giving iFind a team of 27 digital interns shows up most clearly when the phone rings with urgency.
“Sometimes I’ll get a call and they want attention. They have a big fire that needs to be put out… When I get a call at 10 a.m. and they’re asking me, hey, we need to have a meeting this afternoon… this is the part that I love the most.”
With Evergrowth, Omar can:
Before Evergrowth, those same meetings would have meant either spending two to three days hunting for information and delaying the meeting, or turning up under‑prepared and relying purely on intuition. Now the homework is done for him in a fraction of the time.
“The biggest piece that we have is time. And once you have efficiency in your time, then you can do so many things with Evergrowth.”
Omar has turned Evergrowth’s research into a deliberate sales tactic. He often opens meetings with a detail from the contact’s background or responsibilities – a facility they used to manage, a property they run in another city, or a relevant qualification they have, all to signal that he has done the work.
“They’re shocked. They’re taken aback, almost in awe. I’m pretty sure they have never been in a room where somebody that doesn’t know them directly already knows their world and their experience… it’s a huge game changer.”
That preparation does more than impress the buyer; it changes how Omar handles difficult moments in the conversation. Because he’s already spent time reading about the person and their company, he has a grounded sense of what they care about, whether it is numbers, productivity or quality. This keeps him ahead even when the discussion takes an unexpected turn.
“If they throw you off with a significant question that you were not prepared for, by doing your homework you kind of know this person already… you know that they’re diligent, they want numbers, they want productivity, or they want quality. It gives you better insight of what they’re looking for.”
For a small agency that prides itself on treating employees and clients as people rather than numbers, showing up this prepared reinforces their core identity.

Evergrowth is not only about single meetings. It has reshaped how iFind targets and filters its market. Previously, Omar and his team could only manually research a small number of accounts at a time. Now, with agents doing the heavy lifting, they can cover much more ground.
“Right now we’re touching different markets. When we go to a different city, now we have 10, 15, 20 places to visit instead of having that 1-3 if we would have done this manually.”
The volume of activity that becomes possible is almost overwhelming: Omar talks about the potential of 80–100 calls in a week off the back of this research, creating “guaranteed numbers” instead of sporadic opportunities.
And all of this is handled by Omar, a small sales team and their 27 'digital interns'.
“Now that I see the amount of agents working with us… yes, I can say it gives us a significant advantage.”
iFind’s story shows what happens when a very human, community‑based business plugs agentic AI into the right part of the sales motion.
Key takeaways for GTM leaders:
No, Evergrowth does not limit on the number of any Agents. Qualification, Account Research, Persona Research, Play Drafting - you can hire as many as you like.
You are only charged for the successful tasks like research and Play drafting that your agents perform.
Evergrowth has native integrations with most CRMs (HubSpot, SalesForce, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics, Zoho, etc.).
Both our Research-based Agents and Play drafting Agents can be testing within in-app sandboxes.
Our Evergrowth experts also work with you (during onboarding and with ongoing professional service support) to share best practice guidance for providing AI instructions that get the exact results you need.
Evergrowth comes with ready-to-use best practice Workflows.
These can be added and configured in minutes to connect your Agents to work in sync to autonomously qualify, research, enrich, then draft strategy & outreach based on your prospects and sales motion.
Users can launch their Research Agents ad-hoc for selected accounts, or as part of an end-to-end orchestration workflow.
These workflows can also be run on repeat schedules, so if you need research insights and signal data fresh, Evergrowth can handle this automatically for you!
iFind is already planning how to use Evergrowth to go “deep and wide” with its best customers and into new states.
“We want to expand [our accounts] more with the current agents and expand the agents that we currently have. We call that in our industry ‘deep and wide’. We’re already in there. Now we just expand what we already have.”
Omar is also thinking about how to make it easier for new clients to try their service. His goal is to launch short pilot projects where potential partners can experience the difference in staffing quality and responsiveness, backed by the same level of preparation that Evergrowth makes possible.
“If I can hand my product for 30 days so you can just try us… it will significantly change the way you operate. Let me show you what I can do for you and trust me, you will love it.”
With Evergrowth as the research and planning engine, iFind can focus on what they care about most: treating people like people and proving to new cities that a small Detroit agency can play at national scale.
