When the Email & Phone Waterfall finds a phone number, it can now hand that number to TitanX in real time to check whether it's valid, what type it is, and how likely the person is to actually pick up. The result flows back into Evergrowth, into your filters, into your exports, and into your CRM.

Phone numbers verified and scored, automatically.

Every phone found by the waterfall can now be handed to TitanX for verification and intent scoring. You get back four pieces of data per number, all stored on the contact:

  • Phone Verification Result: whether the number is valid
  • Phone Type: mobile, landline, VoIP
  • Phone Intent Score: P1, P2, or P3 ranking for likelihood of pickup
  • Phone Verification Provider: traceable provenance for every score

Reps stop wasting dials on dead numbers. Managers stop debugging why connect rates dropped this week.

Two scoring models, your choice per workflow.

Inside the "Search for phone number" step in any workflow, you'll see a Phone scoring model dropdown with two options: Lightning Scoring and Titan Scoring. Pick whichever fits the workflow at hand. Run a few sample contacts through each before scaling so you know what each model gives you on your data.

Scores flow into every surface that matters.

TitanX phone intent shows up everywhere your data already lives. No separate dashboard to check, no parallel system to sync.

  • Advanced filters: filter by TitanX phone intent, phone type, verification status, or provider. Slice your prospecting view to P1 contacts only.
  • Exports: all four fields are in the contact export field picker.
  • CRM sync: push phone intent scores directly into HubSpot, Salesforce, or your CRM of choice. Your dialer routing rules can now use TitanX data the same day.
  • CSV imports: bring in TitanX results you already have, with these exact field names so they map automatically.

Where you'll see this

The TitanX integration touches three surfaces in the product. Each one lights up only when you've enabled the integration in Settings.

Add your TitanX API key once in the Integrations panel. The connection is then available across every workflow in your workspace.

Inside any workflow, open the "Search for phone number" step. Tick Phone verification and pick a scoring model. Configure once, runs every time the agent finds a phone.

In the prospecting view, filter by TitanX phone intent to narrow your list to P1 contacts. Reps see only the leads most likely to pick up.

What to watch for

This is opt-in by workflow. Nothing changes in your existing setups until you enable verification on a specific "Search for phone number" step, so existing flows aren't affected.

Test Lightning Scoring and Titan Scoring on a small sample before scaling. They behave differently on different data shapes, and the right choice depends on your verticals and target personas.

Customers without a TitanX license still get every other capability of the Email & Phone Waterfall agent the way they did before. The integration is additive, not a replacement.
