A blank slate with no RevOps team

When Paul joined Telescoped, he inherited a rare situation: a completely blank slate. No legacy integrations, no disconnected automation stack, but no RevOps team either.

The mission was simple on paper but complex in execution: design a scalable outbound GTM motion from zero, without adding operational drag.

Using his knowledge of the common trap that RevOps leaders fall into, he resolved not to bolt together half a dozen typical GTM tools, then end up with a bloated and disconnected tech stack.

"You can play with ChatGPT, with Clay and other solutions but then orchestrating all that with band-aids and glue like n8n just wasn't feasible. It doesn't seem scalable to me. It seems brittle."Paul Rios, Head of Revenue Experimentation

Agentic iteration + orchestrated simplicity

Paul took a pragmatic approach and built an adaptive system around just three solutions: Evergrowth + HubSpot + DayAI. Evergrowth became his signal engine, where he oversees dozens of custom research agents that surface insights on target accounts.

"It's easy as a non-technical user to build a vast amount of Agents, test them, fire the ones that stop producing value, and orchestrate the rest."Paul Rios, Head of Revenue Experimentation
Prototype
Create a new agent to capture an unexplored signal.
Validate
In Evergrowth's Agent Sandbox, test run agents to check accuracy and consistency.
Deploy
Once finished, new Agents are added to existing Evergrowth GTM workflows.
Deprecate
When signals become irrelevant, Paul simply "fires" their Agents and takes them out of the workflows.

An outbound operation that runs like a living system

Telescoped's outbound operation now runs like a living system. By treating AI agents as expert colleagues, not tools, Paul created a rhythm of continuous learning and adaptation that simply wasn't possible before.

"In previous roles, so much time went into capturing signals, validating them, and synthesizing them into something useful for outreach. Here, it's all done in one seamless operation."Paul Rios, Head of Revenue Experimentation

The system gets smarter every week

Paul continues to expand Telescoped's agent network, experimenting with new enrichment models, refining orchestration, and pushing personalization further. Each week, the system gets smarter, leaner, and faster, compounding its impact over time.

In previous roles, so much time went into capturing signals, validating them, and synthesizing them into something useful for outreach. Here, it's all done in one seamless operation. Once it's set up, it just hums in the background.
