Running low on credits in the middle of a campaign used to mean pinging your account manager and waiting for someone to add credits on the back end. Not anymore. You can now top up your own credits 24/7, with a credit card, and see them land in your workspace in about a minute.
Three things shipped together, and they all point in the same direction: keep you moving when a campaign is mid-flight.
The flow runs on Stripe, end to end. Pick a package, pay with a card, get back to work. There are two entry points so you don't have to remember where it lives:
From either entry point, pick a package, click Buy, complete payment on the Stripe checkout page, and you'll be sent back to Evergrowth with credits in your balance within about a minute.
Six fixed packages from 1,000 credits up to 50,000, in EUR, USD, or GBP. Bigger packages cost less per credit. The 1,000-credit pack is the reference rate, and 50,000 is the best value.
Each card in the app shows the total price, the cost per credit, and how much you save versus the reference rate. If your workspace already has a contract currency, that's what you'll be charged in. Otherwise, you pick at checkout. Prices are excluding VAT, which Stripe adds for EU customers based on billing country.
Top-ups are designed to stack on top of your plan without changing how anything else works. A few rules worth knowing:
Two places, listed above. The credit chip in the header is the fastest path during a campaign. The out-of-credits banner catches you the moment a run can't proceed, so you don't lose the thread of what you were doing.
A few things on the horizon. A customer-facing credit transactions view, so you can see every top-up and every consumption line yourself, with the same traceability your account manager has today. Auto top-up further out: set a threshold and a package, and your workspace tops itself up before a campaign stalls.
